Dr. Gustavo Anríquez is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics. He specializes in the study of poverty, food security and rural development. Currently he works on technical efficiency of farmers, spatial dissemination of economic growth, and the impact of climate change on agriculture.
Dr. William Foster is a Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics since 1996. His research interests include welfare impact assessment of agricultural and trade policies, modelling the value of rural land, analysis of various aspects of territorial development.
Dr. Oscar Melo is an Associate Professor in the Department of Agricultural Economics since 2003. His research interests include the economics of water, land use and climate change, food trade and quality.
